We work with organizations that need to strengthen internal processes, meet regulatory or customer requirements, prepare for external assessment, or bring existing systems in line with current ISO, EU and Montenegrin requirements.
We begin with the way the organization actually operates.
That means reviewing processes, responsibilities, risks, existing controls and documentation before proposing changes. We then work with management and operational teams to build or improve systems that are proportionate to the organization and practical in day-to-day use.
Our work may include gap analysis, process mapping, documentation, employee and management training, internal audits, corrective action support and preparation for external assessment.
We have many years of active experience implementing quality management systems and standards in Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.
We understand national regulations, how they are applied and how competent authorities carry out oversight and inspections across these markets. We use that experience to connect requirements with each client’s actual processes and prepare teams to apply their systems both in everyday work and during assessments.
ConsultHQ acts as an independent consulting and implementation partner.
We support organizations in understanding applicable requirements, identifying gaps, implementing appropriate controls and preparing their systems for certification audits, regulatory inspections or customer assessments.
ConsultHQ does not issue ISO, HACCP or GDP certificates and does not perform certification audits.
Where independent certification or regulatory assessment is required, we help the client prepare the organization and coordinate the process with the appropriate external body. That body conducts its own independent assessment and remains solely responsible for any decision to issue, maintain, suspend or withdraw a certificate or approval.
Our role is to ensure that the system presented for assessment reflects the organization’s actual processes and can continue to function after the audit is complete.
